When I turn my transparent header off, it shows the header block off to the side and not even with the rest of the webpage. How do I fix that?

Hi,

I also checked this and that padding should not be added there – http://screencast.com/t/TOVVns4xGLj
Please check you custom css and remove any code related to it and also disable all your plugins(maybe it is added by a plugin) leave just Visual Composer active and clear cache.
