Where can I turn off the trending now tickler from the front screen

Hello,
You can remove with right-click select the element called “News ticker” and delete it => https://i.imgur.com/e3gTgcs.png or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
