On our posts we are using the Style 7 Post template which requires a large image. When we upload a new image an error pops up. After we have tried resizing/compressing the quality of the image, it still gives us an error and we are not able to set the image. If we exit that menu an reopen it, the image appears as a gray image but then we are able to set it. Once we set it the image appears on the post as it should but fails to appear as a featured picture in the blocks on our home page.

Hello madeyoulookstudio,
First of all, please ensure that you do not have some conflicting plugins. Please try to disable all of them, except Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the plugins in conflict. Also, please check your Cpanel if you have installed the GD library and check your system status to be all the parameters green, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/OYfqZ5sPd, it is necessary to be green for a better results. If is not, you have to change this to be green, using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Thank you.
We were able to fix a few things shown here:
http://azoutdoormagazine.com/dev/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/SystemStatus.jpg
(The green squares were previously yellow)
We were unable to find GP Library, can you help with that? Do we need it? Can you show us how to install it?
Even with the fixes the image still do not appear on the home page as a featured image.
We are unsure if it has to do with a dimension or a file size issue.

Hello dungtrong,
You will need to increase those parameters you pointed out. The system parameters should be green. Please follow this guide to increase these values: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
