What seems to be the issue here is that, despite selecting a specific category and post ID, some posts are not appearing in certain blocks. How can I resolve this?

Hi,
Using this option – https://i.imgur.com/4wehC7l.png it should display only one article, the one with that id, but you need to check in “General” tab if there is no offset set, because if there is an offset the post will no longer be display – https://i.imgur.com/9osUaC2.png
