Trying to edit homepage breaks the site – HTTP 500 error

Hi Guys

When trying to edit the homepage with TagDiv it now breaks the site with a HTTP 500 error when trying to save

Any idea?

Hi,

Please check the theme system status, especially the allocated memory
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase it to the recommended value, higher would be better if possible.

If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, FTP and cPanel access as well if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email. We will take a look.
