Hi, don’t know if it’s impossible, but might the following idea be on the horizon in a future update?
That is, turning off mobile theme for specific pages; OR, all pages for that matter.
This way we wouldn’t have to worry about having to create and update the alternate mobile version.
Just a thought, since some of us have pages that need to be updated on a regular basis.

Unfortunately for the moment there is no option for this, but is possible to be implement in our mobile theme plugin in coming updates.
