Hi —
I cannot turn off the number of views and shares of a post.
The settings in the theme builder are correctly turned off.
Theme builder –> Post Settings –> Post and Custom Post Types: I have disabled SHOW POST VIEWS and SHOW COMMENT COUNTS
However I’m still seeing post view/share counts on posts.
Here is an example:

What can I do here?

Our developers are working on fixing this. In the 10.2 update htere have been made improvements and this fixed a lot of users issue.

It has now been almost 3 weeks since I emailed you with the requested information and no response.
I am actually noticing 2 issues now, not just 1:
a) As I mentioned above — I cannot turn off post view counts and comment counts
b) Even when I cannot turn them off it seems like the counts on my site are wrong — meaning the site isn’t registering/logging post views
