Tweet count does not working

in my site, post tweet count stopped working. can anyone help me to resolve this.?

my facebook page like is not working anymore on my site. it’s showing zero (0) instead of 274. Pls Help

We’re in the same boat – though twitter works, but Facebook does not. We are using version 2.9 of TagDiv social counter and 2.3.2 of Newsmag. The facebook count issue was there before and after the update to 2.3.2 from 2.3.1…

Thanks in advance! I remember this happening once before when the social counter needed to be updated, but I haven’t been able to figure out if 2.9 is the latest version or not.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but Facebook changed a few things that made the social counter not work anymore. We know about the problem and our developers trying to solve this as soon as possible in near future.
Also, please update the social counter plugin by deleting your current one and installing the one that comes with the theme and you can try this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/td-social-counter.zip . I have tested on my side and works properly.

After this changes, if the problem is still there, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your log-in information so we can take a look at your page setup. Please also provide a link to this topic so we know who you are.

Also my current tagdiv social counter plugin version is Version 3.0. So I need latest version social counter plugin files.

Hi

We removed that link as now the last version of social counter plugin, v3.1 it’s included in theme path available on themeforest, V2.3.5. You can download this version and update the theme and also the Visual Composer and Social Counter plugins at the versions included in that path. Here are the update guides:
