When I copy a post url and try to tweet it, the image is not included. HOw to fix this?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to display the featured image when you share a post on Tweeter, sorry! Also, notice that you can try to handle this case from Seo Yoast, according to this plugin’s documentation here -> https://kb.yoast.com/kb/setting-up-twitter-cards-in-wordpress-seo/
