Twitter button greyed out

Hi – any idea why when I try to tweet a post using the Twitter button on my posts 80-90% of the time the Twitter button is greyed out and I cannot tweet?

For example: https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2019/04/29/etta-jones-a-soulful-sunday-live-at-the-left-bank%EF%BB%BF/
