Twitter count at 0 with latest install from themeforest

The only count that is zero is twitter. How do I resolve this?

Most definitely no spam or adult content. News organization. With that said I thought social counter was using the twitter api to get my follower count. How do I learn what the error message might be?

Thank you. All green. Weird that the demo works fine on themeforest but on my server it doesn’t show a count.

hi have tested both names on the install on my computer, they both took your followers instantly.

are you sure you are using the latest social counter plugin.

from themeforest.net take the latest theme, extract it and you will find a directory called plugins, that should be the latest social counter plugin.

I deleted the plugin I had and reinstalled it specifically from the theme folder. Still at 0 count.
