Twitter count not updating properly

It appears to me that my Twitter count is not updating correctly; perhaps I’m doing something wrong? My URL is http://www.flowerbuzz.org. The Twitter count shows 0 on the main page (in the sidebar), while we do have 33 followers: https://twitter.com/TheFlowerBuzz. Instagram and Facebook numbers are correct. Any idea?

Hello rstreng,

Please update the theme to the latest version of it. I have checked your source page and I noticed that your theme version is 8.7.5. Update it, clear all the caches and check the results.

I have updated the Theme (http://prntscr.com/kctlzj) however it still not showing any followers: http://prntscr.com/kctmmb.
Yes I have cleared the cache.

Ensure that your Instagram plugin has been updated to the latest version of it. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page.
