I embedded a Twitter video in a post and it displays correctly.

The problem is that part of the code displays on the homepage with the post headline and content.
This is the content displayed on the home page:

I am using a Block 4 content box to display the content on the homepage.

This is the post content:

This is on a test site: http://txcraigs.com

Thanks for your great support.

Hello,
I’m not sure of the implementation method you used. Twitter seems to have a wp plugin that can be used: https://dev.twitter.com/web/wordpress/embedded-video
You can find the plugin here https://wordpress.org/plugins/twitter/ then use the video shortcode to embed your videos.
Please try this method to see if the excerpt will still pick up the code.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

I used this method:
Embed from Twitter.com
A Tweet displayed on Twitter.com with an attached video includes an embedded video markup generator to easily copy-and-paste embedded video markup and Twitter JavaScript into your webpage. Select the “More” Tweet action under the Tweet text and select “Embed Video” to generate HTML markup to include on your webpage.

The test server I am using has not been updated to PHP 5.4 which the Twitter plugin required. My live site does have 5.4 so I will test on the live server and see if that makes a difference. I was trying to keep my plugins to a minimum so I had not installed the Twitter plugin.

Thanks for the usual quick response,
Rick
