How do I insert a section on the sidebar that displays the latest tweets received? With a widget? Or where can I insert Consumer Key and Consumer Secret of twitter?

Yes, you can get a widget using a plugin, or using one from Twitter.
You would put in your API stuff in the widget you’re using.
