I am facing two weird errors after updating to the 11.3.1 version,

First, the images are taking the full-frame, no matter what size I am putting on the editor page,

Second, the center alignment isn’t working, suppose if I am setting the button block to the center, it is showing at the left side of the frame only while previewing.

The issues are from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
