Two Language Site.

I want my site to have two language portions. Urdu and English. English portionis by default , there will be a Urdu link where all links , posts would be in Urdu.
I have made a folder Urdu and pasted the theme there , but it is not giving error.
What approach should i use?

You can translate theme from theme panel or use a translation plugin like qTranslate or a similar one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-translate-the-theme/
