2. On slider, I don’t wanna show recent posts, rather than I wanna show posted marked as featured.

Hello,
To make the Homepage with infinite scroll, create a page, use the Homepage – Blank template and make like here: http://screencast.com/t/Mb1U46TNY
Edit the slider and set it like you want, can be sorted by latest, features, popular, just edit the slider and see all options.
