Can I use the same theme and activation code for another installation of wordpress within the same domain? it is the same website divided into two data banks.

Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB.

the idea is to put in a directory of the same domain. What not to realize it’s another site, but the same. Will only be two different wordpress in 2 different databanks. I believe this is even closer than in a sub domain. But i want to know if the activation code will be accept in seccond instalation
