Unable to Activate Newspaper Theme

I recently purchased newspaper theme and i’m unable to activate it.
When i click on activate it shows this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

There is no option for manual activation on my theme panel.

I found a link for manual activation, but don’t know how to find Server ID because of these new theme panel
