Hello, We are trying to activate our Newspaper Theme (we’ve done this numerous times with this time), but for some reason it keeps saying “Envato API is down, please try again later.”
It won’t let us activate our theme to use TagDiv. I’ve never had this happened, and the product code is not used on any site or domain.
I reached out to Envato, and they said to reach out to you. Can you please tell me what to do in order to get the theme up and running?

I’ll take a look at it. That error is a bit generic, meaning it can have other causes.
Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website where it’s happening, also admin access (user and pass), and also access to cPanel if possible. I will check as soon as possible.
