My designer tried to use a pirated theme for my site and after your mail was of the knowledge that it is unpaid theme.
Today i purchased the same from Envato but i’m unable to activate the theme as it says Envato API is down, please try again later or use the manual registration.
I have already started posting news since a long time and can’t afford to loose its data.

It depends on what your data is and how it has been created. If you already had a demo installed with dummy data and you edited that dummy data and made it your own content, then it will get removed when switching demos. You will have top create copies of the posts as the copies will not get removed.
If this is not the case, you should install a demo without the dummy data and no content will get removed.

Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi,
After successfully activating it, the theme will not ask for another activation. The activation code does not disable or resets by itself. The theme code needs activation once and that’s it. You have a problem that resets the database most likely. Either it’s a malware or a plugin that needs resetting those fields. I can’t say for sure but it’s not a theme related issue.
There is an external influence over the db fields where the activation is kept. The theme only resets the key activation if the reset key button is pressed in the system status screen.
