Hi Team,
I am unable to add layout elements in my theme using Visual Composer. Its showing loading symbol.
Can you please help me on this.

Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This is most likely a plugin conflict affecting the visual composer page builder.
Let us know if you still have trouble with it afterwards.

Hi,
I am also unable to add layout elements using Visual Composer. I currently have Visual Composer as the only plugin. I also cleared the cache. I do not use any CDN files.

Ok, I removed and reinstalled via FTP and now mine is working okay.
