You can use the cloud library plugin to create a custom template for your posts and create the sidebar directly in that template using the tagdiv composer. You can add the newsletter widget to your pots and all other templates this way.

Unfortunately I think that there will be no widget for the Newsletter because this can be achieve using the custom html element.
