Unable to assign post template by category

I’m trying to adjust my website, discovermuscatine.com, to have a specific post template.

When going to Theme Panel > Categories > Per Category > Specific Category, I only see Cloud Library Template (with the category templates). There is no drop down to select the post template.

Hi candersonnm,

This option is available only in latest version of Newspaper, now is see that you are using v10.2 please update the theme, but before the update, please make a full backup to your website and database.
