I am able to change the font and size of the Top menu through the “Theme Fonts” section, but not Main. I ran a test on our dev site with debug mode active to see if there was an error when saving, but there isn’t.

That is unusual, the theme panel font settings should apply for the main menu. Did you install a demo?
Some demos define font properties for various elements in the demo stylesheet, so theme panel settings may not apply.
I could take a look as well, if possible please provide a link to your website.

You don’t seem to have installed an actual demo, so there would be no overriding font settings from that. The font settings of the main menu seem to be the default ones.
