Unable to change Theme settings

Hi, we are trying to modify our theme setting like post setting, but when we save everything reset to what they were (ie. adding writer name, etc.). Can you clarify why this is happening? We tried to change several things and nothing works when we save, it revert to the setting we had

Hi, I have tried and there is a conflict with the theme setting and tagDiv Mobile Theme. When this plugin is set up, and you change setting like showing author post, etc. it doesn’t save the setting changes. Please can you look into this issue and let us know?

the workaround for this is to disable the mobile Theme plugin, make the changes to the Newsmag theme and re-able it. Than it works, but you might want to look into this conflict.

Hi bettingspin, I just made some teste and for me with only theme plugins (tagdiv plugins) are working all the settings from theme panel. Make sure that you do not have other plugins that are interfering with those theme plugins.
Also make sure that you are using the last theme version, 4.9.6
