I used to be able to create a button with a text link that pointed to an offsite location. Everything is different now and it doesn’t work. How does this template handle creating button links?

If you want to create anchor links on articles, then please check this guide – https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-easily-add-anchor-links-in-wordpress-step-by-step/
Or if you want to create pages where to have anchor links, then you need to set an extra class on the element, for example, I set it on the “Single Post Comment” => https://i.imgur.com/EewW11X.png and set the class on the element icon or button, in Scroll to class => https://i.imgur.com/O3x7xpV.png -> https://imgur.com/xqIOgu0
