Unable to create Top Bar Contact us link

Hi, I’m not an advanced user and im unable to make the top bar with a link to the Contact us page (/contattaci) + social icons…
Can someone help me?

Hello AntonioCicala,

Notice that you can manage the Top Bar menu from the WP panel, Menus section, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/RZYchfnEfz From there you can set it as you wish and add every element you like.
