Unable to Customize AMP (No Options Available to Customize AMP version)

Unable to Customize AMP version. As there are Very limited option to change the layout or add block in AMP version.
Please suggest how can I add/Remove Block in AMP version.

Hello,

Actually before the update, you could customize AMP with the AMP WordPress plugin. For some reason since the update, the AMP is no longer showing up on the left hand size on the back-end of WP panel. Before you were able to choose 3 different ways to have AMP work with your site.

Same problem here, there is no AMP sign shown on the left side bar of the admin panel.

I’m Trying to convert and customize AMP using NewsPaperX theme but the changes were not reflecting on AMP what ever I did.
It showing only default articles without any sidebar and form as it used to show on desk top version.

Below are the list of queries :
1.Which Template is loading in AMP version ?
2.If I make changes to that Layout does it support ?
3.Can we convert NewsPaperX theme in AMP ?

Please suggest how can I proceed for converting it into AMP.
