Unable to Customize Option Showing Error Page

Hello,

We are trying to customize the theme using the option Appearance —-> customize but when click this option it is showing error page like the below.

This page is n’t working

http://www.abc.com is currently unable to handle the request

HTTP Error 500

What might be the reason for this?

I have checked your website and it seems to work as expected and I did not get any error. Please keep in mind that the HTTP Error 500 is an Internal Server Error and this is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the website’s server, but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.
