Can you please advise how to delete a seved element if the X isnt clickable.
I saved a “Single External Shortcode” Element and it looks broken. Everytime i try to edit, delete or save it, it produces ///////// in the name, shown in “Add Element” column.
Please check the screenshot:

The “Delete-X” isnt clickable for this saved element, i tried in MacOS browsers, Safari and Chrome, deleted cache, logged in and out, nothing works.
Thank you
and have a nice day
Hello,
I think that there is a problem related to the fact that a key was pressed or something else is inserting the ////// what I can suggest is to try using only the tagDiv plugins, but in case that the situation persits, I will recommend making a full backup and contacting us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and providing wp-admin access so we can check the situation and finx a solution. Include the link of this topic to identify you faster.
Thank you!
So you took a look at this issue, right? Any Ideas how to fix this?
Scrolling in “Add Element” list is getting a bit out of hand because the list of /////////// is getting longer an longer.
Maybe there is a way to “reset” all Saved Shortcodes?
Thank you
and have a nice day
That’s excellent news! Thank you so much for not only finding the cause but also implementing a fix.
I totally understand that finding a fix for a serialized data issue like this can be tricky and time-consuming—it’s definitely going the extra mile! I appreciate your persistence and the great support.
We will make sure to avoid using quotation marks and other special characters in shortcode names going forward.
Have a nice day.
