I can’t share the admin details with you it’s against the company policies.
But it happens after updated the WordPress version, before that it was working fine.
Wordpress 5.6 version deprecated some jquery functions, so please update your theme and plugins compatiable for WordPress 5.6

Unfortunately without access it is hard to diagnose something. Can you try enabling the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and see if that helps ?

Header area and header menu missing and Unable to edit tagdiv composer Page.
When I click on tagdiv composer, it’s stuck on loading, composer doesn’t load. I have removed and reinstalled the composer but it’s still the same.

Hello Vlad S,
I had to do a restore of the header and also a restore of the homepage to an earlier day.
I think the issue had to do with an incomplete Save in the tagdiv composer due to fluctuating internet connection, looks like the the Save got stuck at 1/4 of the homepage.
There should be a way to tell user if Save couldn’t complete the whole page as before.
There should also be a RESTORE tab or section in Theme panel for easy access for users who may not look far.
