Unable to get the image lightbox / modal to work

Hi Support,

I’m trying to get the image modal to work when creating new post but it doesn’t seem to work. I see it’s working fine with the demo content but when I try to create new post and set the linkto option of the image to media url it doesn’t seem to work as modal. It’s just redirecting to media url page. I’m using wordpress 5.5 with Classic Editor plugin.

Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,

Please check our guide for how to set the lightbox option -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/ first make sure that you have set the modal image enable in theme panel -> http://prntscr.com/q5fpll on Gutenberg you can use this setting -> https://prnt.sc/q5fqq8 if you use the classic element make sure that you have set the class for modal image -> http://prntscr.com/q5frma
