I am getting this error when I tried to install demo from my site.
Kindly advise.

I believe this happens due to your server so you should contact your host provider an let him know about it or you can try again after a while as it might be just a temporary issue.

Hi VELOW,
I believe it happens due to your server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issues so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this so you could also test this on a fresh wp install and let us know if you still get the same result.
