Hi,
I am unable to install the prebuilt website theme. When I try to click the button to turn off the “Include content” button, nothing happens.
When I try to click the “Install” button, same, nothing happens. When I click “Install,” it just takes me to the top of the page, like the link doesn’t even work.
Why do you think this must be happening? What can I do to resolve this and test out a few themes?
Details: I have my own content, so I do not need to include the content from the prebuilt ones. I have activated the license. (user for 5 years now.)
I have the latest 12.3 version, and all the system requirements are green, across the board.

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Yes, I have tried that. I have tried in incognito mode and a different browser (Firefox) which I have installed to test this.
But the issue remains. What else can I do to try and resolve this? Any other information I could share to get this sorted.
