When I try to install the Mobile Theme plugin for my Newspaper, the following error occurs:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Mobile_Detect in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas03_data03/64/41601964/html/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 28
Any idea what might be causing it?
What other plugin from tagdiv would it be that uses it?
Hi,
@nicomaramckay If you encountered the same issue, deactivate all other non-theme plugins, then install and active the mobile theme plugin. That seems to work for users with this problem.
@simon I tried that, but when I reactivated things, I received this error again, and my entire website wouldn’t work:
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Mobile_Detect, because the name is already in use in /home/plutopsyche/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 28
@simon More than half of my readers are mobile-based. I need a solution to this ASAP, please!

OK, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!
I did this six hours ago. Any idea when someone will be able to look at it? Thanks for your help!
