I was hoping to start my magazine up today but I noticed that the TagDiv composer does not work. I am either requesting this to be fixed or a refund, please.

I also cannot get the TagDiv composer to work. I would like to know what resolution is offered.

If the problem is still there and if your TD Composer still does not work, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link at this conversation so we can quickly identify you. Also, for a more deeper investigation, we need your CPanel access.
