for the past 4 days, I have emailed and requested to Unassign the license from the old site for using it in the new domain but it seems support is keeping silent to force me to abandon the theme or buy a new one. Never expected such a support system.

Hi,
We take emails from the oldest to the newest, so if you give several replays, our answer will be entered. Also, if the license was only used on one site, you can activate it and assign it without problems. Did you check in the My License section to assign it?

Hi Team
In my license tab, it shows an old domain name and is unable to Unassign to assign a new domain. this is the issue I am facing
