Unable to update Cloud Library – "Unauthorized"

Hi there,

I am trying to use the Cloud Library plugin but it won’t install because it says it’s not compatible with the current version of Newspaper and then when I try to update it give an error saying “Unathorized”, PHP header not sent.

Hi,

Please go in Plugins, delete and the tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NVCJKe12y2P after that go in Newspaper>Plugins and install the tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://www.screencast.com/t/t70Kpdpu -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LDVsc5DpE

Please make sure that you get the last version of Newspaper theme ( v9.7.1 ) and you update it like in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ ( set the website in maintenance mode, delete the current theme, do not override it and set the new version of theme).

thanks, we still had some issues.
We had to delete & reinstall the plugins all manually.
