From two there days I am facing a issue… which is
Whenever I update a content on my site or change color codes, or edit exiting post and It doesn’t shows up on the live If I have visited the site from the same browser… and it only shows up till I clear the browsing history of my site..
Not sure it has something to do with the them or not?
Please help me out.

The theme has nothing to do with it. You need to clear your site’s cache. Once a day, is a good practise. Also, do try re-installing your browser.

2-3 days ago I purchased a dedicated IP for my site http://www.magzeo.com
I am not sure If my observation is relevant or not.
I feel that the browser’s which accessed a particular page of my site from the old IP of the site were unable to fetch the changes made on the site but the same browser was showing the updated result if the user accessed a new page on the browser or cleared their browsing history.
I have tested the site clearing all the browsing history and it seem like it worked.
Can this be a possible reason of the cause?

Possibly, yes. Its good that you had it in your notice. It does take a few days for these changes to take effect, depending on worldwide ISPs. A precise result could be concluded within the next 3-4 more days.
