Unable to update mobile header theme color

Hi, I have been trying to update the header theme color for my site by using the Panel: Theme Colors-> Header -> Header Background Color.

After saving seetings, only the desktop banner changes color but the mobile banner remains as gray. Have scanned through all documentations and options to update mobile banner to no avail.

Could you please advise?

Hello,

To change the background color for mobile, you need to go in Theme Panel -> Theme Color -> Mobile Menu => https://www.screencast.com/t/VPqCpz45

I have already tried this step as per the screenshot you shared. It is not working (no effect on mobile page) and I am not receiving any reply from your team via email.
