When ever i try and upload image as a contributor , the image upload fails.
Where as it shows me the media library from Admin , Editor and Author account and images are also uploaded successfully.
Please help me fix this bug , i have to send contributor username and passwords to the writers in few hours.

Media upload is managed by user roles and WordPress, not the theme. “Contributors” don’t have access to upload files unless you edit the user roles functions in WordPress — not the theme.
You may wish to spend some time reviewing all the docs on how WordPress works.
