But if it is not saved, there may be a problem with the code.

Please make sure you have the latest update for the theme, wordpress and plugins.
Try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I’ve followed the below steps. But text with column shortcodes isn’t working.

This broke for me after the latest Newspaper update. No new plugins intalled.
I have been facing a lot of issues with this newspaperx.
I have the same problem. I deactivated all the plugins except TagDiv plugins but the issue is still there.

There is another problem. I am using inline text as I’ve already mentioned the problem that text with image and column text shortcodes aren’t working.

Go to pages, open any mobile page, and use inline text. You won’t be able to see the increase in text size. No matter how many large numbers you put in the setting. The text size remains the same.
