I used to have Newspaper theme installed on my website (www.misteur-mercato.fr). Then my website got offline, due to a lack of paying the hosting service (happens), and I had to get it back. But after I succeeded in getting back my site and my data, the theme was gone.
I reinstalled it on my computer (which I’ve changed since I installed the theme on my site for the first time), tried to install it back on WordPress and… it doesn’t work. After a long time of loading, it shows this error message : “Impossible de créer le dossier uploads/2019/06. Son dossier parent est-il accessible en écriture par le serveur ?”, which would translate in English to “Impossible to create the file uploads/2019/06. Is its parent file accessible in writing by the server”. Problem is: I absolutely don’t know what that means.
Help, please? I’d love my theme back.

Please make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of our theme and then try instaling it on clean wordpress ( no other plugins / themes to get in conflict with ). If you did everything right and the problem still persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
