unassign a License from an old domains

Hello I bought Newspapper License more than 5 years, I used 3 domains, but those domains not active now , Ideleted them, and I Want to use The Newspapper with my new domain, but I can Assign the License with it, can u help me.

The Old domains : arybh.com oualilistore.ma
The New Domain that I want to use the Newspapper with it is : te9nyat.com
