I am supposed to be able to unassign the license key to assign it to another domain, but I still can’t.
The “My License Tab” says:
“To use a license key on a different domain, you can unassign it from the list anytime after 2022-05-19 06:41:30 UTC + 02:00.”
Am I missing something?
I wanted to attach a file but I did not find the option for that.

You can assign the key after 48 hours from the last assignment, as mentioned in the message.
