Undo and redo missing from my tagDiv Opt-in Builder

Hi,

I would like to get help with tagDiv Opt-in Builder. I see in the documentation that there should be an undo and redo button in the builder but i dont have any, also the ctr+Z and other things not working at all. I really neeed these buttons, please help me to figure out what can be the problem.
