Unexplained suscription code in the posts.

In latinolosangeles.com, only in the posts, this code appears in the upper right corner.

or

Please activated the plugin tagDiv opt-in builder, and after edit, the single post template and you can delete the lead with right-click -> https://i.imgur.com/YvqIKBk.png

Thanks I solved the issue, just thinking of how to create aknowledgement page for new subscribers on the page
