Unicode Escape

Hi brothers!

I came from Cambodia and I am now try use Unicode Escape for my Khmer Language.
But it work only 30% on Newsmag theme.
Can you help me to check what wrong with td-excerpt? why it not escape?

Have you localized your WordPress installation: http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language
If so please try to edit the post and add content in your language.
