Unique Articles not working

Hello!

I tried to enable Unique Articles for my homepage, after updating it (saving it), it reverse back to Disabled! Why is that?

Unique Articles only work with Templates With Article list: http://screencast.com/t/Cw4JKvLL2 .
duos not work with Infinite Load, Load More button or the arrow Prev and Next.
